Accounting & bookkeeping

Outsourced bookkeeping and accounting services

Your complete finance function, from daily books to decision-ready reports. Oakridge Global Consulting runs the accounting work behind your business: recording every transaction, reconciling every account, paying and collecting on time, and turning the numbers into reports you can act on. You get the depth of an in-house finance team without having to hire, train or manage one.

Finance that runs in the background

Why outsource your accounting

Growing businesses usually face a hard choice: build an expensive in-house finance team, or rely on part-time help that only looks at the books once a year. We offer a third option. Our accountants take ownership of your day-to-day finance operations, follow your processes and reporting calendar, and keep your records clean, current and ready for your tax adviser, auditors or investors.

Work with us by the hour, reserve a block of monthly hours, or bring on a dedicated full-time accountant. Every engagement is scoped with you first, and terms are agreed before work starts.

Frequently asked questions

Accounting and bookkeeping FAQs

Do you work in our existing accounting software?

Yes. We work inside the software you already use, including QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Zoho Books, FreshBooks, Odoo, Sage and Dynamics 365 Business Central. If you're not yet on a system, we can recommend one and set it up.

Can you catch up on books that are months behind?

Yes. Catch-up and clean-up work is a common starting point. We bring your records up to date, correct past errors and then move you onto a regular monthly rhythm.

How do we communicate with your team?

You'll have a named point of contact, regular check-in calls and a shared list of open questions. We can also join your team's chat and email tools if that suits you better.

How do you keep our financial data secure?

We work through the user access you grant in your own systems, so you stay in control and can remove access at any time. We're happy to follow your internal security policies and sign a confidentiality agreement.

Do you file our taxes?

We prepare the books, reconciliations and year-end schedules your tax adviser needs, and work alongside them so filings are fast and accurate. Tell us about your current arrangement and we'll fit around it.

How is the engagement priced?

After an initial consultation, we recommend the right option for your volume and agree the scope and fees with you before any work begins. Fees are billed in USD, with no hidden charges.

Can we change the level of support later?

Yes. You can move between hourly support, a monthly retainer and a dedicated accountant as your business changes. We review the scope with you regularly.
